Driver’s License.* May be required to be insurable under the company’s automobile insurance plan.* Must be able to pass a background check, motor vehicle record check, and pre-employment drug screen.*JOB SUMMARY:*Below is a description of the essential duties for a Landscape Maintenance Crew member:* *Mowing*: Regularly mow lawns to maintain a neat appearance.* *Weed Pulling*: Remove unwanted weeds from garden beds and other landscaped areas.* *Litter Removal*: Keep outdoor spaces clean by picking up litter and debris.* *Tree and Shrub Trimming*: Prune trees and shrubs to promote healthy growth and maintain their shape.* *Raking*: Gather leaves and other organic matter to keep lawns and pathways clear.* *Planting*: Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees as part of landscape design.* *Trenching*: Create trenches for irrigation systems or other purposes.* *Rock Spreading*: Distribute decorative rocks or gravel in designated areas.* *Fertilizing*: Apply fertilizers to enhance plant health and growth.* *Other duties as needed.**What you get for your hard work:*Pay: $17.00/hour to $20.00/hour (depending on experience)100% company paid Medical, Dental, Life & AD&D, Short Term Disability (STD). The employee frequently is required to walk, walk on uneven ground or climb stairs. The employee occasionally is required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Exposure to extreme temperatures in the summer to below freezing in the winter.
