This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing, dynamic team expanding new operations in Fountain, CO.*Job Post: *Brist Manufacturing is seeking an experienced production stitching (sewing technician). We are expanding our operations and we would love for you to join us! We work on a variety of garment and hat decorations, providing a range of sewing and finishing services. We are problem solvers and creative thinkers who go above and beyond for our customers. This position is responsible for the production of finishing requests which may include folding, bagging, and tagging of products.*Key Responsibilities:** Receive and prepare work orders for domestic tailoring and domestic hat production (compare work order to received garment/hat inventory for accuracy based on customer order, specs)* Use of spray mount, glues and tape to adhere patches prior to sewing* Assist with repairs (use of seam ripper, scissors, other small tools)* Follow standard operating procedures and domestic tailoring work order instructions* Follow tech pack instructions to ensure correct placement and delivery of quality services* Operate industrial sewing equipment to sew patches, labels, tags onto garments, hats and beanies* Tagging, folding, bagging, labeling, and packing completed articles* Execute all work with quality-driven results* Other assignments as required for a growing company.*Qualifications:** High School Diploma or Equivalent* Experience sewing, following directions and use of domestic or industrial sewing machines* Ability to work in a fast pace and continuous improvement environment* Sit for 8+ hours daily* Lift up to 25 lbs* Positive work attitude* Follow instructions* Work alone or with a team* Detail oriented* Accurate counting* Neat and organized* Ability to identify product defects* Awareness of safety precautions* Ability to follow standard operating procedures, communicate with supervisor* Excellent hand-eye coordination*Benefits:** Health, dental, and vision insurance.* Paid time off and holiday pay.* 401k retirement plan with company match.* Hands on training with opportunities for career growth and professional development.*COMPANY INFO*Website: for this role will be accepted until Friday, 8/29/25_Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceExperience:* Sewing: 2 years (Required)Work Location: In person
