Concierge (Temporary / On-Call)

*Schedule:* As needed — primarily covering shifts, special events, or peak periods.*Overview:*We are seeking a highly professional, customer service–oriented Concierge to provide exceptional front desk and guest service support. This is a temporary/on-call role, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a refined, service-focused environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding hospitality.*Responsibilities:** Welcome and assist residents and guests with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.* Handle incoming calls and emails promptly, accurately, and courteously.* Maintain a detailed log of requests, follow-ups, and service arrangements.* Coordinate deliveries, reservations, and other resident needs in a timely manner.* Provide accurate information and assistance regarding local services, transportation, and amenities.* Keep the lobby and work areas organized, clean, and presentable at all times.* Ensure compliance with property procedures and security protocols.*Qualifications:** Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related role.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Professional appearance and demeanor; formal attire required.* Proficiency with email correspondence, phone etiquette, and basic office software (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word).* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.* Flexible schedule with availability to work on-call shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.*Skills & Attributes:** Outstanding interpersonal skills and a service-first attitude.* Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities.* Dependable, punctual, and adaptable.* Discreet and respectful of confidentiality.Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $18.00 per hourAbility to commute/relocate:* Dallas, TX 75219: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:* Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)Shift availability:* Day Shift (Preferred)* Night Shift (Preferred)Work Location: In person
