Leasing Manager

We are professional and agile strive to provide safe and sanitary housing for low income families.Our work environment includes:* Modern office setting* Growth opportunities* Adaptable```Duties```- Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and advertising to tenant screening and lease negotiations.- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide them with detailed information about the available units.- Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and provide excellent customer service throughout the leasing process.- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, including rental applications, lease agreements, and move-in/move-out inspections.- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that units are ready for move-in and address any maintenance issues promptly.- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates.- Build and maintain positive relationships with current tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely manner.- Stay up-to-date on local market trends and competitor activity to make informed decisions regarding rental rates and promotions.```Experience```- Experience in property leasing or a related field is a plus.- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of individuals.- Knowledge of property maintenance and facilities management practices.- Proven sales skills with the ability to close deals and negotiate lease terms.- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative tasks.- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations related to property leasing.- Experience using property management software such as OneSite or similar platforms is preferred.- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite.Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
