You will lead from the front—hands-on, motivating, and ensuring the highest standards in food quality, cleanliness, and service.This isn’t a back-office job. We’re seeking *a passionate leader* who thrives in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and *has at least 3 years of restaurant management experience.**Key Responsibilities:* ? Operations & Execution* Manage daily FOH and BOH operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service* Maintain compliance with HHC standard operating procedures (SOPs)* Oversee shift planning, inventory, food safety logs (e.g. Jolt systems), and labor management* Ensure all food and packaging meets brand standards—every time? Leadership & Team Culture* Hire, train, and mentor new team members in line with HHC values* Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance* Motivate and inspire your team to hit KPIs, including labor %, COGS, and upselling goals* Conduct ongoing coaching and performance reviewsGuest Experience* Own the customer experience—from quality checks to service recovery* Ensure register team sets the tone (“pace car” role) with every interaction* Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns with professionalism and positivity* Monitor review platforms (Google, Yelp, Ovation) and drive positive mentions? Sales & Growth* Execute local store marketing efforts, brand promotions, and product launches* Drive revenue by maximizing sales opportunities (e.g., suggestive selling, loyalty campaigns)* Manage budgets, track key performance indicators, and report to Corporate Ops*Minimum Qualifications:*✅ *3+ years of experience* in restaurant or hospitality management✅ Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams✅ Strong understanding of cost control, scheduling, food safety, and guest service✅ Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership style✅ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment✅ Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed✅ Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States*Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with digital compliance systems (e.g., Jolt, Toast, Harri)* Knowledge of food cost management and labor budgeting* Prior experience in franchise or multi-unit restaurant groups* Passion for hospitality, people development, and high-quality food* Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus*What We Offer:** ?
