Join us as a Commercial Cleaner and help create sparkling, safe environments for our clients!*What You’ll Do:** Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and clean to perfection.* Operate and maintain cleaning equipment with care.* Follow set cleaning schedules to keep everything running smoothly.* Report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.* Adhere to safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE).* Deliver excellent customer service and address any cleaning requests or concerns.* Use your vehicle to travel between job sites.*Work Schedule:*We are looking for *full or part time* employees who's availability falls within the below hours:* Monday - Friday, 4:00pm to 1:00 am* Occasional Saturdays* 8-hour shifts* Some weekends*Pay:** All Cleaning Technicians start at $17.00 per hour.* All Cleaning Technician's are increased to $18 within 3 months, as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns. Biannual raises are also provided which coincide with your work-anniversary and performance evaluations. The amount you receive is based on performance and attendance.* Top pay for our Cleaning Technician’s is $25.00.* Paid weekly - every Friday, via direct deposit.* Travel pay - You are required to travel up to 60 minutes, one-way, per day.
