Landscape Installer / Design / Crew Leader

Responsibilities:- Supervise and lead a team of landscape workers in various tasks- Plant, lay sod, grade, install drains and hardscapes, build retaining walls- Install and maintain irrigation systems- Build and maintain flower beds and landscapes- Ensure proper use and maintenance of landscape equipment and tools- Provide guidance on proper techniques for landscaping tasksRequirements:- Previous experience in landscape installation and irrigation installation/repair- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively- Knowledge of landscape and irrigation practices- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and other construction equipment- Proficient in irrigation system installation and maintenance- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and clients- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditionsPreferred Skills:- Experience in towing and loading equipment on trailers.- Experience in building outdoor structures such as patios or retaining walls.CDL is a plus but not required.Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents.If you are a motivated individual with a passion for landscaping and have the skills required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
