MS Spanish Teacher

Christian Fellowship School is seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about our mission to provide quality Christian education in a community of grace where students are known and loved.We are seeking a passionate and dedicated *Middle School Spanish Teacher* to join our team on a part-time basis (0.4 FTE). The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Spanish language instruction and a heart for integrating Christian values into their teaching. This teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging, standards-aligned Spanish lessons to middle school students in a manner consistent with Christian values and a biblical worldview.Key Responsibilities:* Teach middle school-level Spanish, incorporating biblical principles into the curriculum and classroom environment.* Create lesson plans that support language development and cultural understanding in line with school standards and student needs.* Assess student progress through varied assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback.* Communicate regularly and effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.* Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school events as appropriate.* Foster a safe, respectful, and spiritually nurturing classroom environment.Qualifications:* A personal, growing relationship with Jesus Christ and agreement with the school's statement of faith.* Bachelor’s degree in Spanish, Education, or a related field (required); advanced degree preferred.* Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish language required; fluency preferred.* Valid teaching certification (or willingness to pursue certification, if applicable).* Prior experience teaching Spanish at the middle school level preferred.* Strong classroom management and communication skills.* Commitment to Christian education and the integration of faith and learning.Employment Details:* Part-time position: 0.4 FTE.* Salary commensurate with experience and education level.Salary is based on our STEP Schedule (at a 0.4 F.T.E.) .
