We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Nail Technician to join our elite spa team.*Position Overview*As a Nail Technician at San Ysidro Ranch, you will provide luxurious manicure and pedicure services in a serene, high-end environment. You will ensure each guest receives a personalized, memorable experience, in line with our standards of excellence.*Responsibilities** Provide professional manicure, pedicure, and nail enhancement services* Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and work areas in accordance with state regulations and resort policies* Educate guests on nail care, products, and home maintenance* Build lasting relationships with guests to encourage repeat business* Assist with inventory management and retail product recommendations* Uphold the resort’s values of hospitality, elegance, and wellness*Qualifications** Current California State Manicurist or Cosmetology License* Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end or resort spa setting preferred* Strong knowledge of nail trends, techniques, and health standards* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Passion for customer service and guest satisfaction* Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays*Why Join Us?** Average rate of $40-$55 when including base rate ($16.50) plus commissions (30% of services), retail sales (15% of product sales) and gratuities* Complementary daily lunch and on-site parking* Fully staffed receptionist team.
