As a Machine Operator, you’ll perform hands-on production and laboratory support tasks in a regulated, fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Weigh, measure, and verify raw materials and componentsPerform manual manufacturing operations according to SOPsAssist in operating basic to fully automated filling equipmentUtilize basic laboratory tools such as scales, pipettes, luminometers, and balancesAdhere to all safety protocols and promote a clean, hazard-free workspaceAccurately maintain training records and execute written proceduresConduct routine cleaning and housekeeping of laboratory and work areasSupport material handling and daily lab stocking activitiesRequired Experience:High School Diploma or GED0–2 years of related experienceBasic knowledge of QSR and ISO requirementsFamiliarity with GMP and laboratory protocolsNice-to-Have Experience:Exposure to automated manufacturing or lab environmentsExperience working with blood or biohazardous materialsRequired Skills:Basic laboratory practice and equipment handlingRecord keeping and basic mathTime management and task prioritizationPreferred Skills:Bloodborne Pathogen trainingUnderstanding of current GMP standardsStrong attention to detail and eagerness to learnAdditional Skills:Basic computer knowledgeAbility to sit, stand, stoop, and lift up to 40 lbsSafety awareness, including PPE and mechanical hazardsComfortable working around vibration, noise, chemicals, and bloodBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:Innovative medical technology company empowering healthier lives.
