Join a global company with local roots, where your work has real purpose and your growth is supported every step of the way.What You’ll Be DoingAssemble and test a variety of electro-mechanical products according to quality and production standards.Keep production moving by picking, replenishing, and transporting materials using tuggers, forklifts, or hand trucks (training and certification provided).Ensure accuracy by inspecting products, reporting part shortages, and scanning materials in our systems.Contribute to a safe, clean, and organized workspace, including machine cleaning and daily recycling tasks.Support team flexibility by rotating across workstations and assisting with material handling as needed.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED required; must be at least 18 years old.Basic computer skills and the ability to follow written instructions in English.Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs frequently.Previous experience in production or material handling is a plus, but not required—we’ll train the right candidate.What You'll Get from UsWe promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
