Commercial Operations Coordinator

A growing media services organization in New York City is looking to fill an immediate Remote need with the addition of a new Commercial Operations Coordinator to their team.Responsibilities:The Commercial Operations Coordinator (Remote) will:Enter commercials in Wide Orbit upon receiving traffic instructions from various advertisers and apply copy, accordingly, making any necessary revisions upon agency requestAssist in building, finessing and downloading the daily broadcast log, making logical sense of sponsored promos and traditional commercials, while adhering to advertisers' restrictionsEnsure all commercials are numbered, with correct ISCI codes and copy rotations assignedWork with advertising agency traffic contacts to coordinating traffic instructions and spot delivery to B&T as neededMaintain traffic contact documentEnsure that sponsored promos are delivered in a timely manner from Creative ServicesCoordinate billboard production with CS, and schedule them on the log with traditional media accordinglyTroubleshoot any on-air discrepancies with B&T in a timely and effective mannerProvide Ad Sales with pre or post logs or airtimes reporting, when neededQualifications:6+ months of relevant work experienceBachelor's DegreeComputer savvySolid analytical and problem solving skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Gabriel and/or Wide Orbit experience
