Process Technician – Manual PalletizationLocation: Durham, NC (Research Triangle Park Area)Contract Type: 6-Month ContractOpenings: (A Shift and C Shift)Company: Brooksource Engineering ServicesClient: Industry-Leading Pharmaceutical Manufacturing PartnerPosition Overview:Brooksource Engineering Services is seeking Process Technicians to support manual palletization operations for our pharmaceutical manufacturing partner in the Durham, NC area. This is a 6-month contract opportunity focused on handling finished product and operating palletizing systems and material handling equipment in a GMP-regulated packaging environment.Primary Responsibilities:* Perform manual palletization of finished pharmaceutical products.* Operate Guardian terminal systems for product tracking and documentation.* Safely handle finished goods and prepare them for shipment.* Operate pallet jacks and fork trucks in compliance with safety standards.* Maintain qualification on specified equipment and systems.* Follow standard operating procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).* Document process steps using electronic systems (e.g., SAP, Cleaning Logs).* Monitor product quality and report any issues to supervision.* Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.Qualifications:* High School Diploma or GED required.* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.* Completion of Post Offer Exam or Work Simulation (if applicable).* Previous experience in a GMP-regulated environment, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.* Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail.* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.* Willingness to work a 12-hour shift schedule (2-2-3 rotation).Brooksource provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, citizenship, disability, genetic information, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per yearBenefits:* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
