*Job Summary*The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, management, and development of real estate properties. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and organizational skills to manage projects effectively. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical writing and creative skills to produce high-quality proposals, reports, and marketing materials that align with the company’s vision.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, regulated environment and enjoys working across teams to elevate thought leadership and market insights.What You’ll Do* Lead Editorial Oversight: Serve as the primary editorial gatekeeper for all research content, ensuring consistency with brand voice, style guides, and regulatory standards.* Edit & Elevate: Refine investment commentaries, white papers, and market outlooks for clarity, accuracy, and impact.* Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with researchers, marketers, and senior stakeholders to ensure messaging aligns with strategic goals.* Ensure Compliance: Partner with legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure all content meets regulatory requirements and protects brand reputation.Manage Workflows: Own editorial timelines and processes to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.* Stay Current: Monitor industry trends and market developments to keep content fresh, relevant, and insightful.* Drive Improvement: Continuously refine editorial processes and suggest new approaches to enhance quality and efficiency.What You Bring* 5+ years of editorial experience, ideally within financial services, asset management, or investment banking* Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Finance, Economics, or a related field* Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts into accessible, engaging content* Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and economic principles* Experience working with legal and compliance teams in a regulated environment* Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to editorial excellence* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); CMS experience a plusJob Type: Full-timePay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Paid time off* Relocation assistance* Vision insuranceAbility to Commute:* New York, NY 10022 (Required)Ability to Relocate:* New York, NY 10022: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
