A new media tech company in Washington, D.C. is actively seeking an experienced Administrative professional to join their team as their new Office Manager. This is a high-visibility role that blends the responsibilities of an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, Receptionist, and Operations Coordinator.About the Opportunity:Assignment Length: Temp to permSchedule: Monday to FridayHours: 9am to 5pmResponsibilities:Serve as the face of the office, including greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and creating a welcoming, professional environmentSupport office operations: supplies, space planning, meeting setup, catering, shipping/receiving, etc.Partner closely with facilities, security, IT, and external vendors to ensure smooth daily operationsProvide light EA support to senior leadership (scheduling, travel coordination, meeting prep)Support onboarding logistics for new hires and coordinate workspace assignmentsLead coordination for in-office events, team meetings, and ad hoc requestsJump into fast-moving tasks and manage priorities in a rapidly scaling environmentQualifications:3+ years of experience in Office Coordination, Operations, and/or Executive Support rolesExcellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsProactive problem-solver with a "no task too small" attitudeExperience juggling multiple stakeholders and teamsComfortable working onsite in a high-energy, high-growth officeDesired Skills:Experience in a Media, Tech, or Start-Up environment
