We are currently seeking a Sr. *Human Resources Generalist* to support the day-to-day functions of our growing HR department. These roles require results-oriented professionals who are comfortable wearing multiple hats.*Position Overview*Supported by HR leadership, the selected candidates will be well-organized, flexible, and experienced in handling a broad range of HR duties typical of a rapidly growing company.*Position Responsibilities**Training and Development* Train, coach, and counsel staff. Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.*Compensation and Benefits Management** Manage benefits and compensation programs.* Conduct performance and wage reviews.* Ensure competitiveness through benchmarking and analysis of compensation data.* Develop and maintain remuneration policies and programs.* Analyze roles to determine scope of responsibilities.* Contribute to and analyze compensation surveys.* Forecast trends to inform future compensation strategies.* Manage salary structure creation and maintenance.* Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.*Policy Development and Compliance* Update HR policies.* Promote policy awareness and ensure legal compliance at state and federal levels.* Maintain workplace health and safety reporting.* Keep the employee handbook current.*Employee Relations** Address employee concerns in a systematic and confidential manner.* Conduct workplace investigations and manage disciplinary actions and terminations.* Advise on leave management, unemployment tax reduction strategies, employment verifications, and legal compliance.*HR Reporting and Analysis** Create concise reports on HR KPIs.* Monitor HR departmental budget.* Research and implement new HR trends.*Qualifications and Skills** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).* 5 + years of experience as an HR Generalist with demonstrated expertise in compensation, training, performance management, leave management, coaching, and employee relations.*Key Competencies:** Excellent time management and multitasking abilities* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills* Exceptional written and verbal communication* Strong organizational and planning skills* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard office softwareJob Type: Full-timePay: From $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Employee discount* Flexible schedule* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Health savings account* Life insurance* Paid jury duty* Paid time off* Parental leave* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Retirement plan* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
