:The Servicing Oversight functions involve monitoring and managing the activities of sub-servicers to ensure they comply with all regulatory and investor requirements. This includes conducting regular audits, performing assessments, verifying compliance with loan servicing standards, analyzing operational processes, addressing any discrepancies or issues identified, and implementing corrective actions as necessary. Additionally, these functions often involve communicating findings and trends to leadership and working collaboratively with sub-servicers to maintain high standards of service and compliance.A Servicing Oversight Specialist is responsible for ensuring that mortgage servicing operations are conducted in compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices. These functions are critical to maintaining the integrity and efficiency of mortgage servicing operations and ensuring that the organization remains compliant with all relevant regulations.Please note: This position is requires 100% on-site attendance and is located in Pontiac, MI.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:Compliance Monitoring: Performing audits on our sub-servicer’s processesQuality Control: Conduct regular audits and reviews of servicing activities to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies.Risk Management: Verifying that our sub-servicers comply with loan servicing regulationsDocumentation and Reporting: Reviewing, recording, and analyzing all findings, and reporting trendsCollaboration: Communicating findings and trends to leadership for remediation and corrective actions with our sub-servicerWHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:1-3 years general Mortgage Servicing experience (preferably Auditing as well)Proficient in Microsoft Excel – including Pivot Tables and V-LookupsProficient in Microsoft OutlookStrong oral and written communication skillsAble to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while still ensuring quality workAbility to adapt quickly to changes and collaborate well in a team environmentPositive AttitudeSelf StarterHigh School Diploma or equivalentTHE PLACE & THE PERKS:Ready to join thousands of talented team members who are making the dream of home ownership possible for more Americans?
