Every compressor that leaves our line helps reduce energy use and environmental impact, and you’ll play a key role in ensuring each one meets the highest standards.If you’re passionate about working with your hands, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a fast-growing team driving real change in the HVAC industry, this is your chance to make a lasting impact.What You’ll Be DoingAssemble oil-free compressors by preparing parts, placing components, and fastening them using bolts, clips, screws, adhesives, or other methods.Operate tools and machinery—including hydraulic and pneumatic presses, air wrenches, and pressure test stands—to complete mechanical assembly and functional testing.Maintain high standards of quality and safety, following all procedures and documentation to ensure products meet performance and compliance requirements.Keep your workspace clean and organized, contributing to a safe, efficient production floor.Collaborate with your team, sharing ideas and solving problems to continuously improve our assembly processes.What We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a related hands-on technical roleExperience using hand tools and fasteners (bolts, clips, screws, adhesives)Familiarity with hydraulic or pneumatic machinery, or willingness to learnStrong attention to detail, with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvementAbility to lift, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks safelyReady to Make a Difference?If this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
