Truss Stacker - Lumberyard

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated Truss Stacker to join our production team. This role is crucial in ensuring that finished roof and floor trusses are properly handled, stacked, and prepared for shipment in accordance with customer specifications and company quality standards.The Truss Stacker works under direct supervision and is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of finished materials from the production line to outside stackers. This includes organizing and securing trusses, maintaining accuracy with job orders, and preparing products for delivery within established timeframes.Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with occasional Saturdays.Pay: $18.50/hrBenefits:Monthly incentives401(k) employer matchHealth, dental and vision insuranceProfit sharingCompany-paid life insuranceand much more!Responsibilities:Read and understand set-up sheets.Band trusses to prevent damage and undue stress on material.Mark individual trusses when required.Qualifications:Able to read and write in their primary language.Able to stand for long periods of time.Able to lift 50 pounds.Basic math skills84 Components Fork Truck License.
