Office Manager

Our client is a Financial firm located in Miami seeking a Office Manager.*Responsibilities:** Oversee daily office operations, acting as the go-to resource for all on-site needs and issues* Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to support project execution* Provide operational support to additional office locations as needed, which may include occasional travel* Manage all facilities-related functions including office supplies and routine maintenance* Serve as the key liaison to leadership on operational matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment with organizational standards* Maintain a premium, "white glove" level of service* Lead the Miami office build-out project, serving as the primary point of contact for the office relocation to ensure on-time, high-quality completion*Qualifications:** 6+yrs experience in office management/facilities management* Proactive and capable of working with minimal direction* Open to occasional travel to support operations at other office locations* Highly organized and solutions-oriented* Professional Services/Financial Services office experience*The annual base salary range is $90,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
