HR Generalist

Onsite | 6 month ContractOxford Solutions has a contract opening for an experienced HR Generalist. This role will run for approximately six months (covering a leave) and offers the opportunity to support both U.S. and Australian employee groups in a global organization.In this role, you will serve as an HR partner providing operational and tactical support across employee relations, benefits and payroll, compliance, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with managers and employees, ensuring a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle.ResponsibilitiesProvide HR support across recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives.Partner with managers and staff on employee relations issues, policies, and HR programsOversee pre-hire activities, including background checks, offers, and HRIS setup.Conduct new hire orientations and manage onboarding programsSupport performance management, recognition programs, and talent management processesMaintain accurate HRIS records and prepare HR reports and data analysisConduct exit interviews and summarize trends for leadershipEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and reporting requirements (including EEO and affirmative action)Collaborate with Finance and Payroll on payroll and benefits administrationRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; HR certification preferred3+ years of progressive HR experience (minimum 2 years in a similar role)Experience supporting a global workforce strongly preferredHands-on experience with benefits and payrollStrong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirementsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsProven ability to build trust, influence, and partner with employees and managers at all levelsHigh integrity, business acumen, and emotional intelligenceThis is a great opportunity for an HR professional with global experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing hands-on HR support.HR Generalist - 25-00589IND123
