Breakfast Server

Overview:Willow Valley Communities is hiring a Breakfast Server to be responsible for serving our Residents and guests in a buffet setting while maintaining warm, friendly, and professional relationships with Residents, treating them with care and respect.Opportunities with WVC:Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental and visionGenerous PTO packageTuition Reimbursement & Scholarships availableWeekly PayTM Events and RecognitionPlus many moreWage:$15.00/hrResponsibilities:Provides prompt, courteous service for Residents and guests following Willow Valley standards.Works in conjunction with other Team Members to insure efficient and timely service.Completes set-up side work as assigned.Takes verbal beverage orders at tableside, assembles the beverages on a tray then properly serves them to diners.Observes diners to respond to requests and clears used dishes throughout the meal service.Carries trays and bus tubs of dirty dishes to dish room.Clears and resets tables throughout the duration of the meal for the next group of diners and at the conclusion of the meal for the next meal period.Completes clean-up side work as assigned.Responsible for daily, weekly and monthly cleaning jobs, according to lists and calendars.Sets up, monitors and cleans up food and supplies for Café service. May operate Cafe’ cash register.Assembles and delivers box meals to Residents’ apartments.Sets up, serves and cleans up banquets or special functions, as needed.Assists in other departments (kitchen and dish room) where/when needed.Completes tasks required by Daily Sanitation checklist.Qualifications:18+Food service experience preferredHours:36-40 hrs/weekSchedule:6:30am-2:30pm Monday-Saturday (off Wednesday)Every other weekend every other holiday required, Sundays and holidays 6:30am-3:00pmLocation:The North of Willow Valley Communities600 Willow Valley Square, Lancaster, PA 17602CUL111
