Production Technician

With PuttView X, we have launched the first AR sports application for Microsoft HoloLens.To support our growing team in the United States, we are seeking a Production Technician to help manufacture, prepare, and ship PuttView systems from our new U.S. warehouse and production facility in Charlotte, NC.*What you will do** Operate and maintain CNC machinery for foam base milling.* Assemble and prepare PuttView systems for shipment, including turf preparation, PC setup, projectors, cameras, and related hardware.* Support system testing, configuration, and quality control.* Safely package and ship systems to customers and partners.* Assist with stock handling, incoming goods verification, and warehouse organization.* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.* Collaborate with the Production Manager and Installation Technicians to ensure smooth operations.*What you will bring** Hands-on production, manufacturing, or technical assembly experience.* Familiarity with CNC machinery, carpentry, or related workshop equipment (strong plus).* Technical aptitude with PCs, AV equipment, or electronics.* High attention to detail and commitment to quality.* Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.* Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn* Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.* Knowledge of golf or sports technology is a plus, but not required.*What you will get** A competitive compensation and benefits package aligned with our international team.* The chance to work on cutting-edge sports technology products.* Open communication, flat hierarchies, and a dynamic company spirit.* Opportunities to develop production expertise and grow into new responsibilities.* Professional hardware setup including IT equipment and necessary tools.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Tools provided* Vision insuranceApplication Question(s):* Do you have previous experience in the Golf Industry?* Do you have any other previous experience relevant to this position?* Do you have previous experience in production operations in general, and/or with CNC machining in particular?License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)Work Location: In person
