We are building a team that wants to grow with us!*Job Overview*This position reports to the owner and is responsible for consistently delivering an exceptional parent/child experience in the Preschool in order to drive education, operations, and marketing. This position assumes the responsibility of and oversees all operations and education functions of the preschool.*Responsibilities:** Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff while maintaining a fully staffed, high-performing team.* Oversee scheduling, HR compliance, licensing requirements, and staff performance management.* Foster a positive, collaborative workplace that encourages professional growth and high retention.* Manage budgets, track expenses, and coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth operations.* Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and maintain strong relationships with authorities.* Oversee facility maintenance, safety, and cleanliness standards.* Communicate priorities clearly, set goals, and hold staff accountable for results.* Create an exceptional parent and child experience through strong communication and leadership.* Drive enrollment by conducting tours, responding to inquiries, and promoting the school’s programs.* Ensure curriculum is implemented effectively and monitor classrooms for quality learning outcomes.* Lead school events, family engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives.* Stay current with required professional development and ensure staff compliance with training standards.*Qualifications** Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university *and* 6+ months of experience in a licensed childcare facility; *OR* an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development *and* 6+ months of licensed childcare experience; *OR* a CDA (Child Development Associate) credential *and* 1+ year of licensed childcare experience.* Proven leadership experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting.* Strong knowledge of child development principles, best practices, and curriculum implementation.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and staff.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a focus on quality education and care.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:* Dental insurance* Employee discount* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceEducation:* High school or equivalent (Preferred)Experience:* Licensed Early Education: 3 years (Required)License/Certification:* CPR Certification (Preferred)Work Location: In person
