Forward Carbide (Dyer Industries, Inc.) is hiring full time positions for the following areas:Machinist, CAD/CAM & Uni-Graphics Programmer, Tool & Die Maker, Polisher*Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities*/* Set-up and operate Ram EDM, Wire EDM, Surface Grinders, Jig Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder, parts that hold to the high quality machine standards required within the organization./* Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work pieces, sequence of operations and setup requirements./* Must be able to select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines such as Mills, Lathes, Jig borers, and Grinders/*Programmers: Must possess a working knowledge of NX10, GIBBS CAM & PEPS or similar programs/*Polishers: Should possess patience & a steady hand as well as good hand/eye coordination*Basic Qualifications*/* High School Diploma or equivalent. 5+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience/* This will be a full time steady day light position, after probation period there is an opportunity for plenty of overtime.*Desired Qualifications*/* *Must have working knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD & T) or willing to learn!!!*/* Ability to apply basic concepts of algebra and geometry*Benefits (Available after probation periods)*401 (k)Health, Vision, & Dental InsurancePaid HolidaysPaid VacationJob Type: Full-timePay: $29,120.00 - $52,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k)* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceSchedule:* 8 hour shiftWork Location: In person
