This position is based in *Los Angeles, CA*; however, our company operates nationally, with a focus on large regional malls throughout the country.As the *Assistant General Manager* at *Baldwin Hills Mall*, you will support the AVP of Asset Management in all aspects of daily property operations for the shopping center. You will serve as the key on-site leader, managing all property staff to ensure top-tier operations that enhance asset value, drive profitability, and deliver an exceptional experience for tenants and customers. You will help execute the annual business plan, advance long-term strategic objectives, and optimize NOI performance.You will apply solid operational leadership, financial insight, and relationship management skills while collaborating with internal stakeholders, including the VP of Asset Management and Operations Manager, as well as community partners, investors, and joint venture participants.
