You’ll build, test, and inspect precision hardware and assemblies in a highly regulated, team-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:Assemble sub-assemblies and system-level hardware according to specifications.Conduct in-process testing of manufactured sub-assemblies.Complete Device History Record (DHR) documentation.Execute assembly and testing for reconditioned hardware as needed.Perform packaging functions in instruments manufacturing when required.Follow quality standards (QSR, ISO, EH&S).Use tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, torque tools, crimpers, and soldering irons.Interpret written assembly instructions, test procedures, and mechanical drawings.Inspect with tools such as calipers and indicators.Utilize multimeters for electrical testing.Support day-to-day manufacturing and service operations to meet forecast and compliance targets.Train other team members as needed.Help identify and mitigate workplace safety risks.Participate in internal audits of manufacturing processes.Perform additional duties as required.Required Experience:High School Diploma or GED0–1 years of assembly or related experienceNice-to-Have Experience:Associate degree (preferred)Clean room, controlled environment, or dark room experienceFamiliarity with medical device production standardsRequired Skills:Proficiency with hand tools (screwdrivers, torque tools, soldering irons)Ability to follow written procedures and technical drawingsExperience using electrical test equipment like multimetersPreferred Skills:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint, OneDrive)Effective verbal and written communicationTeam collaboration and independenceHigh attention to detail and accuracyAdditional Skills:Detail-oriented and focused on qualityEnglish reading/writing proficiencyPhysical capacity for lifting up to 40 lbsAbility to kneel, crawl, work around mechanical parts, chemicals, and radiationSafety-compliant work with IPA, acetone, selenium, and chromeClean room and dark room operational awarenessBenefits:Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the Client:Innovative medical technology company empowering healthier lives.
