7/29/2011_*Production Stager*_This is an entry level position that reports directly to the Staging Manager, the production stager’s responsibility is to ensure proper issuance of raw materials, creation of production orders, and respooling / cutting of production spools to support the manufacturing schedule in a timely manner.*Specific Tasks to include;** *General** Daily priorities and schedules will be set by the staging manager* Maintain a safe work environment, report safety concerns to your supervisor* Maintain inventory accuracy* Warehouse, buffer storage and fiber must stay neat and orderly* Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds* Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy* *For Production** Create production order folder* Create production order and pick material per production schedule* Cut spool lengths as required to support production orders* Maintain stages ahead of production in order for efficient production flow, with no down time* *For Sales** Work with planner for cuts to fulfill requirements of sales order*Requirements:** Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for prolong periods of time* Use paper and computer-based documentation* Perform other related duties and assignments as required* Work safely and follow the TLC safety standardsJob Type: Full-timePay: $16.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
