_*Job Duties:*_* Responsible for set-up, operation, and troubleshooting 2 & 4-axis CNC lathes and other automated or manual equipment.* Set up and program live tooling on 4-axis lathes.* Read and understand drawings, specifications, and/or part models to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements for complex parts.* Define and document job setups based on the part size, fixturing, and required precision.* Determine and set feeds and speeds to maintain optimal quality and production of parts.* Perform in-process and final workpiece measurements to verify parts meet required specifications.* Utilizes inspection equipment and functions in a self-inspection environment, requiring set up and proper maintenance of measurement equipment._*Job Requirements:*_* Experience and understanding of 2 & 4-axis lathes.* 5-10 years of machining experience with strong CNC and manual skills.
