This role involves both mechanical assembly and electronic wiring, requiring strong skills in schematic reading, use of hand tools, and working in a quality-controlled production environment.Key Responsibilities• Assemble mechanical parts using process documentation (assembly instructions, travelers, etc.)• Perform gear and motor drive assembly• Wire electronic components per documentation standards• Execute panel and cable wiring• Inspect and test work before final routing• Complete production and quality-related documentation• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment• Perform other duties as assignedRequired Experience• U.S. Citizenship• 5+ years in a manufacturing or production environment• Electro-mechanical experience with schematic comprehension• Proficient with measuring tools (multimeters, calipers, continuity testers, etc.)• Experience with various hand tools (screwdrivers, torque tools, power tools)• Willingness to work overtime as requiredNice-to-Have Experience• Associate degree in an electronic field• Previous work in a quality-controlled environment• Certifications (current or past):IPC-610IPC-620J-Standard 001Required Skills• Mechanical and electrical schematic reading• Assembly and wiring of electro-mechanical systems• Measuring and diagnostic tool proficiency• Documentation and inspection processesPreferred Skills• Gear and motor assembly• Cable and panel wiring• Understanding of quality assurance protocolsAdditional Skills• Oral and written communication• Team collaboration• Organizational skills• General housekeeping of work areaBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientA leading provider of advanced sensing solutions in thermal imaging, visible-light imaging, location, measurement, and threat detection.
