Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help us deliver solutions that meet the highest industry standards.Assemble, test, and calibrate manufacturing equipment according to documented proceduresInspect components and systems for quality and accuracyTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues using established guidelinesDocument work performed and communicate findings to team membersFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work areaCollaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve processesSupport continuous improvement initiatives within the departmentEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification preferredExperience working in a manufacturing or production environment is a plusBasic understanding of mechanical and electrical systemsFamiliarity with hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipmentSkillsWe welcome candidates who are committed to learning and teamwork. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to participate in the Company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive eight (8) hours of vacation leave every month and (13) paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
