*Location:* Columbia City, IN*Company:* 80/20*Job Type:* Full-time*About the Role*We’re looking for a reliable *Extrusion Operator* to join our production team. In this role, you’ll operate saws, machining, and CNC equipment to cut and prepare materials according to order specifications. You’ll ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency while maintaining 80/20’s high standards.*Responsibilities** Operate saws, machining, and CNC equipment* Inspect and verify product quality to 80/20 standards* Read blueprints and measurements to complete orders accurately* Use order tracking software to process jobs* Follow all safety, startup, and shutdown procedures*Qualifications** High School Diploma or GED* Strong math and measurement skills* Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools* Positive attitude and attention to detail* Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs. during a 10-hour shift*Preferred** Experience with metal or plastic cutting equipment* Familiarity with quality control processes*Shift**1st Shift:* Monday–Thursday, *4 a.m.–2 p.m.*Job Type: Full-timeExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Referral program* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person
