A top Fortune 50 financial institution is currently seeking a Project Manager - Change Management to join their team in San Antonio, Texas. This role will support enterprise-level initiatives focused on driving organizational change, process improvement, and business transformation across multiple lines of business.About the Opportunity:Schedule: Monday to FridayHours: Standard businessHybrid: 2 days a week onsiteResponsibilities:Managing projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring timely and successful deliveryPartnering with business stakeholders to define project goals, requirements, and transition plansDeveloping and maintaining project plans, schedules, deliverables, and documentationsConducting current-state analysis and proposing future-state improvementsIdentifying and mitigating project risks to ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budgetProviding regular project status updates and communications to stakeholders and leadershipLeading cross-functional project teams to ensure collaboration and accountabilityManaging project budgets and assessing impacts of scope or timeline changesMaintaining project data in tools such as Clarity and PCMFacilitating meetings to resolve issues, align stakeholders, and ensure change readinessQualifications:3+ years of experience in Project Management, preferably in change management or business transformationBachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Finance, IT, or related fieldStrong understanding of project lifecycles, methodologies, and business analysisExperience managing cross-functional or enterprise-wide projectsProficiency with MS Office Suite and project management tools (Clarity, PCM, etc.)Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsDesired Skills:PMP or Change Management (Prosci) certificationExperience in Change Management and/or Business TransformationExperience within the Banking and/or Financial Services industryKnowledge of OMBP operations or similar organizational structuresAbility to present findings and recommendations clearly to management and executive teams
