A top financial services company is seeking a Visual Designer to help craft compelling executive presentations and visual stories that bring complex ideas to lifeResponsibilities:Work closely with senior leaders to translate strategic narratives into clear, visually engaging decks that connect with audiences across business, design, and technologyDesign, build, and refine executive-level PowerPoint presentations that tell a clear and impactful storyCollaborate with senior stakeholders to translate complex business strategies into simple, visually compelling narrativesBuild presentation frameworks, templates, and visual systems that enhance clarity and elevate the brandUse design intuition and strong communication skills to shape content and messaging, not just "decorate" slidesEnsure brand consistency, visual polish, and clear information hierarchy across all deliverablesTurn around decks quickly while maintaining a high bar for visual qualityProvide guidance on narrative flow, structure, and storytelling techniques for leadership presentationsManage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with changing prioritiesQualifications:5+ years of experience in Visual Design, Presentation Design, or Communication DesignAdvanced PowerPoint skillsStrong storytelling and content framing ability - able to shape ideas, not just format slidesProven experience working with C-suite or senior executivesFamiliarity with financial services or bankingA strong portfolio of past presentation or visual storytelling workComfortable working independently in a remote environment with quick turnaroundsExcellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skillsAdvanced skills in written, oral, and presentation communications requiredDesired Skills:Experiecne wtih Keynote and/or Adobe Creative Suite
