Program Specialist

DescriptionAbout this roleAs a Residential Program Specialist, you will be responsible for the oversight and monitoring of administrative and programmatic tasks associated with the Residential Habilitation Services programs. In this role, you will supervise a team of site supervisors and direct care staff members serving as a coach and mentor for staff members in similar positions. You will coordinate, develop and review individual program plans in coordination with team members including family members, residential providers to support coordination activities as needed.
