Water/Fire Restoration Crew Chief

Due to continuing growth, ServiceMaster by Integrity has 2-3 openings for the full-time position of Crew Chief. This position is a hands-on management position responsible for the daily operations of a team of production technicians. Full time 40+ hours per weekRequirements:* Minimum of 1 year experience in the disaster restoration industry*  Ability to lead a team of 2-6 team members by example*  Excellent communication skills*  Ability to be on call approximately 1 week per month*  Valid driver's license* When disasters happen, serve our customers in a caring and understanding manner in their time of need* Document all steps of the disaster restoration process* Manage customer satisfaction throughout the process* Work as a team throughout remediation and ensure clear and consistent communication with office staff, management and fellow technicians* Pack out and pack in customer contents before, during and after remediation completion with extreme care and without damage* Clean, document and store customer property in a manner consistent with and exceeding industry standards* Willing to learn and grow in the areas of fire and smoke restoration, water damage restoration, microbial growth remediation, and applied structural drying techniques* Ability to handle remediation of floods, fire, microbial growth in homes and businesses that may require demolition of materials as well as cleaning/deodorizing property and contents - this may be on job site or in-house at the warehouse/office* Must work in a safe, clean, and organized mannerBONUS: Sign on bonus $250 after positive 90 day review another $500 after 120 day positive review.EOEJob Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 – 50 per weekBenefits:* 401(k) 3% Match* Health insurance* Paid time off* Paid training* Safety equipment providedSchedule:* 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:* Bonus opportunities* Overtime payWork Location: On the road
