We are professional, collaborative, rewarding and our goal is to bring people closer to God through worship. .Our work environment includes:* Modern office setting* Food provided* Relaxed atmosphere* Safe work environment* Regular social events```Duties```- Lead and coordinate worship services, including selecting and arranging music, leading the congregation in singing, and providing musical accompaniment.- Plan and organize rehearsals for the worship team, ensuring that all members are prepared and confident in their roles.- Collaborate with the pastor and other church leaders to create a cohesive worship experience that aligns with the overall vision and mission of the church.- Mentor and develop members of the worship team, providing guidance and support in their musical abilities and spiritual growth.- Educate the congregation on the purpose and significance of worship, fostering a deeper understanding and engagement with the worship experience.- Communicate effectively with team members, church staff, and volunteers to ensure smooth coordination of worship services.```Skills```a. Member of the body of Christ, dedicated to facilitating spiritual growth and maturity in yourself and others. Must have a passion for ministering through music.b. Mastery over the pianoc. Shall be knowledgeable of the doctrines of the Church of Godd. Experience and excellent skills in overseeing, leading, and conducting adult choirs and children’s music knowledge of church and COG music, educational backgrounde. Ability to lead, inspire and engage the congregation during the worship experiencef.
