DescriptionSummary:The Human Resources Shared Services Specialist I provides centralized support to Associates, leaders, and other HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) by resolving HR-related inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records in HR systems. This role interacts via phone, chat, email, and ServiceNow to deliver timely, confidential, and accurate assistance while promoting the use of self-service tools. The role demands a high degree of professionalism, meticulous organization, and excellent attention to detail. Providing exceptional customer service in every encounter is essential.Responsibilities:Meets expectations of the applicable OneCHRISTUS Competencies: Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.Provides accurate and efficient resolution of issues and inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, Service Now) by following appropriate resolution/assessment methodology (investigating and research), utilizing knowledge management tools, educating customers on products and self-service tools, and determining the appropriate course of action or escalation for emerging issuesProvides initial contact and support for customers dealing with sensitive and confidential information relating to HR issuesInteracts with customers via telephone and chat to answer questions and aids in the completion of human resource transactionsInputs, updates, and/or retrieves information from human resource or payroll systems.Documents all contacts and outcomes within the center’s case management software applicationRoutes calls to appropriate staff and/or officePerforms related work as assignedJob Requirements:Education/SkillsHigh School DiplomaExperience0-3 years preferredLicenses, Registrations, or CertificationsNoneWork Schedule:9AM - 6PMWork Type:Full Time
