Join a team that takes pride in serving the trucking community with professionalism and respect.*Benefits Include:*Competitive PayGuaranteed 40 Hours per WeekCompany TruckCell Phone AllowanceSupportive, value-driven team cultureMedical/Dental/Vision Insurance*Key Responsibilities:*· Operate heavy duty tow trucks to recover, transport, and tow large vehicles (buses,tractor-trailers, RVs, etc.)· Respond to dispatch calls promptly and professionally· Perform vehicle recovery and accident scene clean-up as needed· Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of assigned tow truck· Complete required paperwork and service logs accurately· Ensure safety of self, clients, and equipment at all times· Provide excellent customer service in high-pressure situations· Comply with all DOT, state, and company regulations and guidelines*Requirements:** *Valid Class A CDL for 3+ years* with a clean driving record* *Minimum 3 years of heavy-duty towing experience** Strong knowledge of vehicle recovery techniques and tow truck operation* Ability to work in varying weather conditions and after-hours/on-call shifts* Strong problem-solving and time management skills* Ability to lift, pull, and carry heavy equipment as needed* Must pass pre-employment drug screening*Preferred Qualifications:** *Certifications in towing/recovery a plus** *Mechanical aptitude or repair experience helpful*Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
