Guest Service Associate

Summary: Denard Enterprises currently operates Papa John's, Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill, Einstein Bros Bagels and Potbelly Sandwich Shop at Charlotte Douglas International Airport. We offer an exciting, fast-paced place to work along with our commitment to train and develop each new hire. The ideal Client Service Associate will be dependable, be able to provide fast, friendly and courteous customer service experiences for each of our guests. The hours may range from 5:00am to 12:00am with some weekends or alternating weekends. All candidates must be able to pass a 10 -year federal background check.Essential Functions:* Greet customers and takes food orders, provide information about menus; look for opportunities to up-sell products* Operate cash register, accurately count and provide change to customers and follow customer service and cash handling policies* Clean and stock work area; clean and sanitize work station and equipment* Prepare food and assist with a variety of kitchen related functions* Ensure proper food handling procedures are followed including labeling, dating, stocking, rotating and temperature control of products* Work as part of a team to assist in achieving the goals of the business, as well as contribute to a positive and energetic work environment* Required to use hands repetitively, stand for prolonged periods and able to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs* Required to adhere to Company uniform policy and present a neat, clean and professional appearance at all timesJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $16.00 /hour plus tipsJob Type: Part-timePay: $16.00 per hourShift:* 8 hour shift* Day shift* Evening shift* Morning shift* Night shiftWork Location: In person
