Poki Poki Cevicheria is hiring! We are a local, Albuquerque-made shop with a super fun concept in town; assembly-line, create your own sushi poke bowls! We are implementing Latin and Hawaiian sauces for a fusion of flavors. Please google "Poke Bowl" so that you can get an idea of what we are doing.We need part time or full time team members that have open availability.We are looking to hire team members who are comfortable with being cross-trained between all aspects of the restaurant. This includes being a bowl artist on our assembly line, servings guests at tables, bartending, and beverage specialists.What we need is:- Team members who are fully engaged with the customer! The customer is the #1 priority!- Team members who are fully engaged with the team and come with a smile and positive attitude!- Cleanly individuals, you will be tasked with various cleaning duties. This includes kitchen equipment, bathrooms, tables, etc.- Must be comfortable being around raw fish and shellfish.- Must be comfortable in learning all aspects of the restaurant from the kitchen, bar, to our dessert concept and serving of our food product.- Fast workers and fast learners, but detail-oriented. This is a fast-paced job and requires your attention to detail while working under pressure.- Individuals who take pride in their work and do the job to the best of their ability. We want to serve the best product possible!- Individuals who enjoy working with others to create a fun and positive team environment.- Be comfortable! Having one on one interactions and explaining the menu to customers.- Great customer service. This is key as you will be interacting with customers constantly. It's important to attend to the customer's needs and wants.- Individuals who can up-sell!
