Job Description

*Job Summary*We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Trainer to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various fitness disciplines, primarily including CrossFit. This role requires an individual who is not only skilled in teaching but also has a solid understanding of physiology, body mechanics, and anatomy. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for leading classes that cater to diverse client needs while promoting a healthy lifestyle within our health club environment.*Responsibilities** Conduct engaging group fitness classes that primarily include CrossFit, but also may include cycling, and bootcamp style classes.* Provide instruction on proper exercise techniques and body mechanics to ensure client safety and effectiveness.* Educate clients on anatomy and physiology as it relates to their fitness journey.* Foster a motivating and supportive environment for clients of all fitness levels.* Assist with fitness sales by promoting training packages and health club memberships.* Stay updated on the latest trends in the fitness industry to continually enhance program offerings.* Monitor client progress and adjust programs as necessary to ensure optimal results.* Collaborate with other trainers and staff to create a cohesive team atmosphere focused on client success.*Requirements** Minimum of a CF level 1 Certification.* Strong knowledge of physiology, body mechanics, anatomy, and program design.* Experience in teaching various fitness disciplines such as kickboxing, cycling, Pilates, dancing, or yoga is highly desirable.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire clients.* Previous experience in sports coaching or health club environments is prefered.* Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.* A passion for health and fitness with a commitment to ongoing professional development in the field.
