This role requires excellent attention to detail, the ability to follow blueprints and technical procedures, and a strong commitment to quality output. Ideal candidates are patient, fast learners, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble, set up, and maintain tooling for production activities.Assemble, test, calibrate, and thermally compensate electro-mechanical devices.Maintain accurate, compliant quality records.Interpret internal customer and supplier requirements.Perform final acceptance testing (ATP) on electro-mechanical pressure sensor devices.Work collaboratively in a team environment to ensure consistent, high-quality results.Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures.Required ExperienceHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.Basic computer knowledge.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.Must meet ITAR requirements: U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident, Political Asylee, or Refugee.Required SkillsAbility to interpret blueprints and technical proceduresMechanical/electrical assemblyCalibration and ATP testingQuality recordkeepingPreferred SkillsMid-level assembly experienceV + D cells experienceStrong troubleshooting capabilitiesAdditional SkillsTeam collaborationFine component handlingPrecision measurement supportTool setup and maintenanceElectro/mechanical device compensation activitiesBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the CompanyAn intelligent power management company focused on sustainability and improving quality of life.
