*Title: Swim Lesson Director – The Nitros of Kansas (Part-Time Guaranteed, Up to Full-Time Seasonal) **Job Type: Part-time (18 guaranteed hrs/week) with full-time hours available April–August Location: **Wichita, KS (Hybrid – pool onsite at Wichita State University + remote admin) **Pay: $10–$16/hour based on experience & certifications (details below) **--- **About Us The Nitros of Kansas is a USA Swimming–sanctioned program serving Wichita and surrounding communities. We provide high-quality swim lessons for infants through adults, a structured developmental program, and a competitive USA Swimming team.
