We have been serving the Red River Valley for over a decade and are looking for a dedicated leader to run our daily bookings and logistics.*This is the perfect role for an experienced CDL driver who is ready to get off the road and step into the office.* If you know the industry, know how to treat clients, and want to lead a team rather than just driving for one, this is your next career step.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as the Business Manager, managing the flow of business from the first phone call to the final drop-off.* *Sales & Client Relations:* You will be the first point of contact. You will manage the business phone, convert inquiries into bookings, and ensure every client feels like a VIP.* *Logistics & Fleet Management:* Manage the schedule for vehicles and drivers to maximize efficiency.* *Team Leadership:* Recruit, train, and manage a team of part-time drivers. You will be responsible for quality control and ensuring standards are met.* *Driving:* While this is primarily a management role, you will hold a commercially licensed driving role to cover VIP runs, high-demand days, or gaps in the schedule.Requirements* *License:* Valid CDL Class C (or higher) with Passenger (P) Endorsement is required.* *Experience:* Previous experience in the bus, limo, or private charter industry is highly preferred.* *Skills:* Strong phone presence, ability to close sales, and computer literacy are essential.
