This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, technical skills, and passion for beauty in a fast-paced, energetic setting.*Responsibilities** Provide professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care.* Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement each client’s style.* Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations.* Offer personalized consultations to understand client preferences and suggest appropriate nail care options or enhancements like eyelash extensions or body waxing.* Upsell additional services such as nail enhancements, skincare treatments, or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.* Stay current with industry trends including new nail techniques, esthetic laser treatments, hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, and dermabrasion procedures.* Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication skills and attentive service that encourages repeat visits and positive reviews.*Qualifications** Valid cosmetology license or certification with specialized training in nail care.* Proven experience in delivering a wide range of nail services with an eye for detail and artistry.* Knowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met consistently.* Familiarity with color theory to create visually appealing designs tailored to individual preferences.* Ability to perform additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair styling, hair threading, or esthetic laser treatments is a plus.* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.* Basic retail math skills for upselling products confidently without overselling or pressuring clients.
