U.S. Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is the largest single-specialty anesthesia practice in the country with over 4,000 clinical providers and associates. We have exclusive coverage contracts at two outstanding Centura hospitals (Penrose-St Francis) and four busy outpatient surgery centers. We are fortunate to be expanding rapidly and are looking to add to our team. We have a good mix of cases with significant orthopaedic volume and a dedicated cardiac team. Trauma is limited (level 2&3 hospitals). Up to 12 weeks of vacation and minimal in house call (1-2 per month). Full benefits and retirement plans available. We are a 51-physician provider, 23-year old practice that provides preeminent inpatient and outpatient anesthesia care to the Colorado Springs community. We provide anesthesia for approximately 50,000 procedures per year across 7 facilities and have grown organically due to top quality care and top service support to surgeons and facilities.Qualifications include:Master’s degree from an accredited Master''s program required.Must hold current certification from the NCCAA certifying body. This certification must be maintained every 2 years and recertified every 6 years, required. BCLS and ACLS requiredThe ability to assess data reflective of the patient’s status and appropriately interpret information relative to the patient’s age-specific needs is required.Must be a graduate from an accredited baccalaureate degree program, to include pre-medical curriculum, preferred. 2 years of experience preferred.Excellent communication skills and knowledge of surgical procedures.Basic computer knowledge; read/write English.The position also offers a robust benefits package including 401(k) matching and profit sharing, company-paid long-term disability insurance & basic life insurance, 6 weeks Paid Time Off, annual CME Allowance, and choice of health care plans.We are proud of our inclusive people culture that supports our associates to perform at their best.USAP is an equal opportunity employer.
