Digital Marketing Specialist

Sinclair Broadcast Group in Raleigh, North Carolina is looking for an entry-level Digital Marketing Specialist. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with our sales team on Compulse Integrated Marketing solutions. Compulse Integrated Marketing is the digital arm of Sinclair Broadcast Group. This candidate will be involved in all levels of our digital campaigns from customer acquisition to onboarding, all the way through execution and recaps. The ideal candidate will have an education or background and experience in digital marketing. Responsibilities: Work with our outside sales team of Marketing Consultants on client focused custom solutions to acquire new digital media partners. Participate in client facing meetings to identify campaign goals, creative design solutions and campaign build out. Effectively communicate internally to order and execute campaigns. Monitor campaigns for accuracy and efficiencies, identifying ongoing optimization opportunities. Create and build digital campaign monthly recaps. Desired Skills: Previous digital marketing background: education, certificates, internships Working knowledge of our core paid digital media offerings: SEM, Display, Social and Streaming TV, as well as Google Analytics. The ability to monitor campaigns against set KPI''s. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Ability to think strategically, critically, and analytically regarding all aspects of the business. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Ambitious, enthusiastic, goal-driven self-starter is a must for this position.
