You''ll work closely with our Creative Director and Head of Growth to take the brand to the next level through creative storytelling, partnerships, and campaigns. SocialContent, copy, and calendar for existing social platforms (FB, IG)Build strategy and launch us on new platforms (Tiktok, etc)Manage communityCreate UGC content flywheelPRManage external PR agencyPartnershipPartner with like-minded brandsLeverage our celebrity investorsManage influencer/ambassador programOtherBuild and develop a teamOwn the marketing calendar and ensure alignment across social, email, growth, cx teams.Spearhead new brand marketing channels such as billboards, linear/connected tv, and more.Collaborate with Creative and Growth teams on paid social assets and landing pagesRequirements5+ years of experience in the CPG industry with a focus on DTCExperience at a brand that has gone through explosive growth (ideally from 0 to $50mm+)Experience building and leading teams.An obsession with brand, creative, and story-telling.A love of all things food, fitness, wellness, and startups.
