Senior Software/.NET Developer

This is an exciting, newly created position. The Senior Software Developer will play an integral role in the Company''s Information Technology department and is responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of websites, programs and applications that execute within Microsoft''s .NET framework. **This position is located in Clearwater and candidate will work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week**Candidate relocation not providedCandidate must be in area for Interviewing process• Meet with technology managers to determine application and website requirements.• Upgrade existing .NET websites and applications.• Analyze system requirements and delegate development tasks.• Develop technical specifications.• Collaborate with coworkers to facilitate the creation of large, complex developments, as required.• Reformulate existing code to ensure adherence to stipulated guidelines.• Write scalable code for .NET software applications.• Review and debug .NET applications.• Provide support for junior developers.• Deploy functional websites, programs, and applications.• Draft software and application operating procedures.• Test outputs to ensure that they are in excellent working order.• Ensure that outputs are visually appealing, user-friendly, and engaging.• Deploy developments and monitoring uptake by the target audience.• Use feedback to inform the creation of subsequent versions of each development.- Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education and Work Experience RequirementsBachelor''s degree required 8-10 years of .NET experience requiredQualifications/Skills:Strong knowledge of .NET web framework (ASP.Net, MVC.
